Bella Solviva is located in the Antrim Chain of Lakes region in the greater Grand Traverse Bay area of Northwest Lower Michigan. Centrally positioned between Traverse City and Harbor Springs, on the western edge of the Jordan River Valley, Bella Solviva is a short drive to a number of quaint villages such as Charlevoix, Alden and Elk Rapids, where guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of nature's water and winter playground.
The Bella Solviva property features 229 acres of handsome woodlands, ponds and cascading creeks nestled among rolling hills and gorgeous ridge-top views – perfect for a private, secluded year-round getaway. Sheltered among majestic hemlock, red pine forests and towering maples, you'll have plenty of room to “stretch your legs.” With the site density at only 15% of the typical number of sites per acre found in most campgrounds, you'll feel like you are in your own little corner of the world.
Bella Solviva is being developed in several phases over the next few years. We expect to open Phase one with the Neverland Escapde, Route 66, M.A.S.H 4584th and Ărboreal Glen themed areas, with approximately 70 accommodation units including traditional camping and RV sites, luxury safari tents, tree houses and vintage RV's available in June of 2016. When fully established, total accommodations will be approximately 180. Guests who reserve an RV or tent site will also benefit from the glamping amenities the resort has to offer.
